This privacy policy governs your use of Application/Games on a mobile device that was created by Naderogames.
Naderogames enforces strict Privacy Policies to protect your rights and maintain the following.
Privacy Practices:
1. No Spyware Policy:
The Application does not collect or transmits personally identifiable information and does not monitor your personal use of the Application.
2. Full control:
You have full control over the Application and can modify your preferences at any time. You can easily deactivate or close the application at any time.
3. Easy uninstall:
Mobile app users can easily uninstall the mobile app at any time by using the standard uninstall process as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
4. Report:
If you have a reason to believe that your rights have been infringed upon while using the Application, please contact Naderogames via email at: naderogames@gmail.com . Once your e-mail is received, Naderogames will review it to ensure that the privacy practices provided herein are enforced.
5. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED:
Naderogames does not collect or use any data Personal Information. The only information transmitted is anonymous information necessary for multi-player game (online game).
The game history information is stored locally on your device and is only displayed on your device (except your 'elo' which is also displayed to your opponent in multi-player game). The history information can be destroyed by the standard deletion of application data of your mobile device at any time or by using the standard uninstall process.
The necessary information transmitted during multi-player game (online game) is not used any longer after the end of the online game.
Third Party Data Policy
The Application uses Google play services for multi-player game and achievements.
Google play services are not used at all as far as you have not signed in to Google Play. After sign-in, you can sign out at any time.
Naderogames applies the Google play services terms of service and does not collect any data Personal Information. Hence, no additional agreement is required by the Application when you sign-in to Google Play Services for the Application. If you sign in, you agree that multi-player session data and achievement data may be used as anonymous information by Google to improve the Google Play APIs and related services. BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE APPLICATION FROM ANY DEVICE, MOBILE OR OTHERWISE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
